Our holiday apartments are located on the ground floor or lower ground floor. They are bright, spacious, and offer beautiful views of the surrounding landscape.
Each apartment is fully equipped with a modern kitchen, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, 4-burner induction hob, freezer, and refrigerator, along with all necessary utensils. Every apartment has its own bathroom with shower and toilet. Towels and kitchen linens are provided.
The apartments are suitable for 2 to 4 guests. Apartment B features two separate bedrooms, each equipped with a comfortable queen-size double bed that is freshly made upon arrival.
Apartments A and C each have one bedroom with a single queen-size double bed, also freshly made upon arrival.
In addition, every apartment offers excellent Wi-Fi (39 Mbps), a wired internet connection, and a smart TV (minimum 43”) with an extensive selection of channels.
A free parking space is available for each apartment. Please note that the parking spot may be located a short distance from the house. However, you can always unload your luggage directly at the entrance. In case of heavy snowfall, or if you prefer not to drive up the road, we will gladly help you carry your belongings to the apartment.
Every apartment has its own terrace where you can relax and enjoy the fresh air. The entire house, including the apartments, is non-smoking, but smoking is allowed on the terraces.
If you need a high chair, baby bed, or access to a washing machine, simply let us know and we will arrange it for you.
Prices and Practical Information
- Apartment A: €85 per night (1 bedroom, 1 queensize bed, max. 2 guests)
- Apartment B: €100 per night (2 bedrooms, 1 queensize beds, max. 4 guests)
- Apartment C: €100 per night (1 bedroom, 1 queensize bed, max. 2 guests)
Prices are based on 2 guests with a minimum stay of 2 nights. Single occupancy receives a 10% discount. Each additional guest is charged €20 per night.
Guests staying for one full week receive a 10% discount per night. Guests booking for a full month receive a 20% discount per night.
Check-in: from 3:00 PM
Check-out: until 10:00 AM
Minimum stay: 2 nights
Pets are only allowed in Apartment C, which has its own private entrance to avoid disturbing other guests. The cost per pet is €7.50 per night.
Please note that our street and apartments are unfortunately not wheelchair accessible. Final cleaning is included in the price.
The Lauscha train station is just 500 meters away, and the nearest airport, Erfurt-Weimar, is located 68 kilometers from the property.
